Overview
CTS offers professional domain based email hosted hosted in the CTS datacenters for your domain, ie) Corporate Email. This document provides support for domains subscribed to our professional product offering.
Product Features
Sync your Email Inbox, sent items, and other mail folders, along with Calendar events and appointments, Contacts information and Tasks between Microsoft Outlook, your mobile devices and the webmail or desktop application.
Active Sync
Mobile module allows you to synchronize your CTSCloudmail mailbox and shared folders on any ActiveSync device without any additional or third-party client.
Push Sync
Each new item or change to existing items is instantly synchronized.
ActiveSync Protocol
Using the widespread Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol means the best native compatibility ever.
Clients
The CTSCloudMail server will work with the following email clients
Microsoft Outlook
If you have a licensed copy of Microsoft Outlook you can install the Outlook Connector to synchronize and link your account to our server using Outlook.
Note: If you are running 32bit Outlook download the 32bit connector.
If you are running 64bit Outlook download the 64bit connector.
How to determine if you are running 32bit or 64bit version of Microsoft Office
