If you utilize a CTS router and are unable to connect to the internet: DO NOT press the reset button.

If the reset button has been pressed and we need to send a technician to site to re-program / replace the CTS router, a labor charge of $105 will be applied to your next invoice.

The reset button removes all programming from the router and sets it back to its default.

Appropriate Troubleshooting Steps to Take

  1. Power cycle your CTS router by unplugging the router and then plugging it back in.
  2. Verify if any of your wireless devices are able to connect to your WiFi and reach the internet.
  3. Verify if any device can be directly hardwired into the CTS router and verify connection to the internet.
  4. If internet service is still down for all devices, please contact CTS at 269-746-4411 to open a trouble ticket for our engineers to investigate.
