Overview

With the MaX UC apps (Desktop and Mobile) your are able to transfer an active call between your devices. If you're talking on your Polycom VVX phone, you can pick up the call on your MaX UC Mobile application. If your MaX UC mobile is connected to your Wifi Network, you can "switch" and transfer the call to your cellular services. With MaX UC, you're never limited.

MaX UC Mobile Switch (Transfer) to Cell Phone

If you are using MaX UC and you're going from the office to your car, or in the event the mobile client's wifi network is not reliable, press the Switch button.

The caller will be put on hold. Select This device (cellular).

Cellular line will ring. Answer that call and you can continue your call over cellular voice rather than cellular data.

MaX UC Mobile Call to Pull

When you receive a call to one of your devices, you can pull (transfer) the call to your MaX UC Mobile Client.

Notice on the screen below the call is automatically available to pull. Simply tap the screen.

And Tap again to pull the call to your phone.

You should now be able to talk to your caller.

 Note:  On my Samsung S10 Note, if I did not have the MaX UC screen the Active Window, then the Call to Pull was not available.

MaX UC Desktop Call to Pull

When you receive a call to one of your devices you can pull (transfer) the call to your Max UC Desktop Client.
